Aon Consulting has leased 198,509 sq ft across the second, third, fourth and sixth floors of Vista Earth Centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru, from Vista Spaces Earth Centre, on a five-year term worth about Rs 98 crore. Monthly rent is about Rs 1.53 crore, or Rs 77.32 per sq ft, with a security deposit of about Rs 10.74 crore and 15 per cent escalation every three years. The space was taken in two tranches, with over 1.64 lakh sq ft commencing December 2025 and the second floor added from June 2026.
