New GCC — Pune
Generac established its first Global Capability Centre in India, the Generac Business & Technology Centre in Pune, supporting engineering, product development, IT, data analysis, reporting and transaction processing for its global operations. The centre was formally inaugurated on 11 August 2026 with senior leadership including COO Tim Hearden and EVP HR Rhonda Matschke.
