Infineon Technologies establishes its second Global Capability Centre in Gujarat, creating 400 jobs and reinforcing the state's position as a leading semiconductor and technology hub.

Infineon Technologies has leased about 6.3 lakh sq ft across ground plus nine floors of Solarium City in Whitefield, Bengaluru, on a 10-year term with rent outgo estimated at Rs 752 crore. The chargeable area is 631,923 sq ft, rent escalates 15 per cent every three years, and the lease is dated December 2026. The landlord is Akruthi Infra-Build Developers. Infineon has run a Bengaluru site for years; its Gujarat capability centre opened in March 2025.
