Merck consolidates its scattered India IT, global business services and R&D operations — including the Merck IT Centre (2018) — into a single 17,000 sq m hub at Electronic City, Bengaluru, scaling to roughly 3,300 professionals. The expanded campus pivots the India team from baseline IT support to high-end AI, automation and data analytics, housing Merck's largest global concentration of Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES).
